Touch for Health Kinesiology Training

Starting 3 July 2011

Touch for Health is a natural healthcare programme. It uses a technique of biofeedback called muscle monitoring. The muscle monitoring identifies imbalances in our physical, mental/emotional and nutritional health. These imbalances are corrected with techniques such as touch or gentle massage on specific reflex or acupuncture points, meridian work and nutritional changes. Touch for Health is holistic and stimulates the body to heal itself.

From the first day of this course you will learn new strategies for dealing with physical, mental/emotional, nutritional and life challenges.

Prerequisites

No previous knowledge or experience of Kinesiology or Natural Healthcare is required.

The Course will include:

History & Holistic Philosophy of Touch for Health, Muscle Monitoring (Position & Monitor Muscle), Fix as You Go 14 Muscle Balance, 6 Correction for each muscle – (Spinal Reflexes, Neurolymphatic Points, Neurovascular Points, Meridians, Muscle Correction and Nutrition), Emotional Stress Release, Pain Relief, Posture Balance.

This course uses the syllabus published and approved by International Kinesiology College Zurich.

Certification

On completion of the 2 days an International Kinesiology College Certificate of Attendance for Touch for Health Synthesis for 15 hours will be awarded.

Dates

TFH 1 takes place on Sunday 3 July & Sunday 17 July 2011 from 9.30am to 5.30pm approx.

An evening follow up practice session will be offered about 1 month later subject to demand.

Venue Angelic Ambience, Old Baker Street, Thurles, Co Tipperary

You may bring a packed lunch to eat in Angelic Ambience if you wish or you may go out for lunch.

Cost € 250 – This includes the Manual and Certificate of Attendance.

Payable €50 non refundable deposit on booking and balance €100 on 3 July & €100 on 17 July (or you may pay full balance of €200 on 3 July)
